Body Buster Fitness BOOTCAMP™ program is designed for both WOMEN and MEN of ALL AGES and FITNESS LEVELS. Participants enjoy 8 to 20 classes held over 4 week sessions, Monday to Friday in the mornings and evenings.
Body Buster BOOTCAMP® is a motivating style of group fitness, in which participants' see positive results comparable to that of having personal training, but at a fraction of the cost. You will see maximum results in a minimum amount of time. Ideal for both women and men, Body Buster BOOTCAMP® targets all areas of the body through a well-balanced exercise program created specifically to be flexible and accommodating for all body types and fitness levels while still GUARANTEEING RESULTS.
Every Body Buster BOOTCAMP™ class is DIFFERENT! Body Buster Fitness™ provides a number of different pieces of fitness equipment in class to ensure that all members continue to improve physically. Utilizing a variety of exercises, equipment and class formats makes this program design different and more comprehensive from any other workout as its' fresh and unique style creates a ‘BODY SHOCK' on your system. Meaning that your body NEVER PLATEAUS (gets used to what we are doing) and therefore gives you the push you need to have maximum results.
Every class is a FULL BODY WORKOUT! Our trainers will teach you the correct way to do exercises and use equipment as well as appropriate technique for various cardiovascular drills and circuits used in our classes. Due to the nature of the exercises included in this Body Buster BOOTCAMP® program you will continuously be challenged to get fit, have fun and improve your health.
No! Body Buster Fitness BOOT CAMP™ is designed to work out anybody at any fitness level from beginners to very athletic individuals. This program will help take you to your next level wherever that may be. Whether you are “out of shape” or an elite athlete, be prepared to be motivated and challenged to get the results that YOU are looking for!

Is it OK for me to attend classes at different times and or locations?
Yes. Body Buster allows all its members this flexibility, using the member's request system.
Are all Body Buster Instructors qualified?
Yes. All Body Buster trainers have completed the Body Buster Instructor Training Program / Body Buster Service Excellence Training, and are qualified Group Fitness Instructor Specialists and/or Personal Trainers as well as have valid first aid and CPR. Body Buster trainers all bring with them unique backgrounds and various education.
What makes the Body Buster program different from other so called 'Boot Camp' programs?
Body Buster Fitness’s BOOTCAMP is the 'Real Deal'. Many programs claim to be “Fitness BOOTCAMPS” but are little more than a “group fitness class” or running group, with a little camouflage thrown in for effect. Body Buster Fitness™ incorporates many drills and obstacles that are comparable to those done in real BOOTCAMP training. Body Buster Fitness’s BOOTCAMP guarantees to provide its members QUALITY TRAINING and a QUALITY PROGRAM. You will ABSOLUTELY achieve measurable results after completing your 4 week session!
What is so great about the “co-ed” factor?
Many “Women or Men Only” BOOTCAMPS only focus on target areas. Women only BOOTCAMPS often only focus on the bum and tum while Men only bootcamps often only focus on the chest and arms. When taking a fitness program of any kind, it is important to know that you cannot “spot reduce” so it is very crucial to work more than just a few “target” areas no matter what sex you are. Body Buster Fitness’s whole body workout will give you the “total body” results that you are looking for.
What sort of results should I expect to see?
Expect to see a decrease in body fat, inches and in weight. Many members have better sleep and say that they can deal with stressful situations better. You can also expect to increase your endurance levels, alertness, cardio strength, overall wellbeing and much, much more!

What if I miss a day or am late?
Absent days will NOT be carried forward to another boot camp session, but you may make the class up at an alternate time within the session you are signed up for. Please try to arrive on time as tardiness will affect the class.
What does it cost to take a boot camp session?
Prices vary but are as low as $15/class depending on which package you sign up for! Please see our “pricing” link for more information.
What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Online Interac, Cash, Cheques, and Money Orders. Cheques and Money Orders may be made payable to “Body Buster INC.” Payments must be made prior to the start date of the boot camp. If you are paying by credit card please contact us to make arrangements.
(There is a $25 service charge for returned checks, and $40 for any credit card cancellations.)
